Fresh Spinach Pasta
250 g plain flour
200 g spinach
Blitz all in food processor just until it forms a ball.
Have lots of flour ready on the bench to dust and roll out your pasta dough.
Roll, dust with flour. Repeat a few times until it’s nice and thin.
Cut into thin pasta strips.
Cook in boiling water that has one spoon of salt in, for three minutes.
Drain and add some olive oil.
Mushrooms cooked in garlic & butter go well with this, with some Parmesan cheese to garnish. Enjoy!
